The Coaching Process
First, I don’t come in as an expert to tell you who to be, how to act and what to do. I believe in your capacity and resiliency to find the answers that are unique to you. Everyone is different and so is the approach to reach your goals. We’ll find out the journey that is authentic to you.
We often tend to get caught up in our own views and it’s hard to see the bigger picture, and ways to achieve our goals. We don’t know what we don’t know. I’m here to get you unstuck, gain clarity and confidence to work on the life you envision.
My coaching focus is on authenticity and my approach is based on awareness, accountability and action. In our coaching process, we will partner through meaningful 1:1 conversations based on my three phases model.
The Model
Awareness
We’ll explore who you are in your authentic essence.
We’ll talk about the values, beliefs, strengths, personality traits, identities and factors that make you, you. By identifying these, you’ll be able to release beliefs that don’t serve you and leverage the ones that empower you.
We’ll also dive in your vision and goals. We’ll ensure that they’re in line with your personal motivations and not driven by other people’s expectations.
You’ll learn aspects about yourself that you’ve never been aware of. This translates to self-love, confidence and empowerment to seek the live you want.
Action
Awareness without action doesn’t change anything!
We’ll focus on actionable steps to thrive in your authenticity.
We’ll explore ways to create a positive change in the aspects that influence your life such as work, relationships, self care, etc.
I encourage my clients to adopt the lean startup approach: set a goal, identify strategies, test them, succeed or fail and pivot, repeat..
Nothing is set in stone and we learn from experimentation. You’ll discover what’s working and what needs calibration to ensure that the changes you’re seeking are in line with the life you want.
Transformation
Oftentimes, life happens faster than what we can make up of it. Without noticing, we’re changing.
In this coaching process, you’ll evolve and it’s important to reflect on the person you’re becoming. We can’t always focus on the future without living presently today. This phase might reinforce the awareness phase. You might also notice some aspects are changing, such as your limiting beliefs, your priorities, and your relationships.
Transformation might be the hardest phase, yet the most rewarding one when you’re in line with your authenticity.
